Anthem’s subsidiary HealthCore manages an integrated database of 60 million patient records from health plans across the US. While this uniquely robust dataset can provide important real-world insights to pharma and medical research, communicating its potential was a challenge. So Anthem turned to Grail to re-tool HealthCore’s go-to-market approach — redefining brand messaging, developing a fresh design language, launching a new corporate website, and invoking a “retail spirit” in deploying products through targeted, response-oriented digital campaigns.
